Yes, you can reach us at 1-866-772-7727. Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Whom do I call for questions about my bill? 

Call Superior Energy toll free at 1-866-772-7727 for any natural gas/electricity commodity questions, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All other billing inquiries can be addressed to your local gas/electricity utility.

Are you certified by the Ontario Energy Board? 

Yes. Superior Energy is licensed by the Ontario Energy Board to market natural gas and electricity under license number GM-2007-0084 and ER-2007-0008.

If I move, is my agreement transferable to my new location? What are the procedures for doing so? 

There is no contractual provision that will guarantee the transfer of your contract to your new residence. In order to do so, you would need to notify both your utility, as well as Superior Energy within 30 days before you move. Upon receipt of such notice, Superior Energy will advise you as to whether Superior Energy is prepared to supply to you at your new delivery address, and, if so, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the new location. Otherwise, this Agreement shall be cancelled without penalty.

How do I pay for my Superior Energy Price Protection Plan? 

The fixed rate for your natural gas/electricity supply will be included on your monthly bill from your local utility and you should continue to pay your bill as you normally do. You will also see Superior Energy as your natural gas/electricity supplier.

How will signing up with Superior Energy affect my natural gas/electricity account with my local utility? 

You will remain a valued customer of your local utility and they will continue to deliver natural gas/electricity to your home, bill you, and provide any emergency services that might be needed. What will change is that Superior Energy will purchase natural gas/electricity on your behalf, guaranteeing you the same rate for the term of your agreement.

Will my utility continue to offer an equalized payment plan or automatic debit payment? 

Yes, your local distribution company will continue to offer any equalized payment plans and automatic debit payments if you have enrolled in the Superior Energy Price Protection Plan.
