Whom do I call for questions about my bill?

If I chose you as my supplier, will I receive my bill from you?
As a residential or small commercial customer, your bill will come directly from your utility as it has in the past. Once your application has been accepted by Superior Energy, our name will appear on your bill as your natural gas supplier.
Will the regulated charges on my natural gas bill increase?
The British Columbia Utilities Commission must approve any rate increases to the regulated charges. All natural gas customers are responsible for paying these regulated charges.
How do I pay for my Superior Energy Natural Gas Price Protection Plan?
The fixed rate for your natural gas will be included on your monthly bill from your local utility and you should continue to pay your gas bill as you normally do. You will also see the Superior Energy name on your bill as your natural gas supplier.
How do I determine the rate I'm currently paying for natural gas?
The "Cost of gas" on your last utility bill will show you the rate you are currently paying for natural gas (what you’re currently paying per gigajoule (GJ) for the gas you use). It’s also the only item on your Terasen Gas bill that can be purchased from another company.
